Working with a host of leading entities including Dubai Airport Fuel Farms, Ecoman Petroleum Regeneration Facility, Total Lubricants, Star Energy, DUGAS, Dubai Petroleum and EPPCO International, Cylingas is proud to have been an integral part of many key projects in the UAE and further afield.
Cylingas designs, fabricates and supplies vertical and horizontal storage tanks for petroleum and chemical products, pressure vessels, columns and gas and oil pipelines. Beginning with design and construction, offers a full service to clients, including piping fabrication, pumping station installation, civil and E&I works.
Cylingas offers a complete package for the construction of a variety of tank types, as well as the design, engineering, procurement and construction of piping projects.
All aspects of operations are covered, such as project management, commissioning of vertical storage tanks, tank foundation, plant piping and skids, as well as structural, mechanical, civil and electrical instrumentation for the oil and gas industry's process plants and oil storage terminals.
High quality manufacturing activities include design and fabrication of ASME coded vessels and columns, shop fabricated tanks, skid mounted units and modules, alongside piping and structural manufacturing.
Cylingas also offers a complete turnkey networking solution for various central gas system installation applications such as LPG, propane, natural and synthetic gases, as well as offering design, supply, installation and commissioning of central gas systems.
Cylingas is an ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified company, a member of the British Safety Council and accredited by ASME to use code stamps U, U2 and R by NBBI. Furthermore, the organisation is registered with both national and international oil companies such as Takreer, ADGAS, ADCO, BOROUGE, FERTIL, Kuwait Oil Company and Shell, and is pre-qualified by reputed international contractors including Mott McDonald, Kellogg, Zeeco, Samsung and Petrofac. Its multi-discipline engineering and design team, comprising qualified and experienced engineers, welders, fitters and skilled workmen, is equipped with high-end software and all work is inspected and certified by third-party inspection agencies such as ABS Group Inc, Velosi Certifications, Bureau Veritas, Lloyds Register of Shipping - Industrial Services Division and Germanischer Lloyds.
Impressive in-house facilities include a number of fabrication bays, CNC plasma cutting machines, automatic welding machines, a blasting and painting division, yard rolling machines - with the capability to roll up to 70mm thick plates - and both open and closed warehouses. Testing is also carried out in-house, with a comprehensively equipped laboratory and radiography facility offering steel and weld testing, destructive steel testing, sample machining, bends and impact testing, hardness testing, metallographic testing and Welders Performance Qualification as required under ASME Sec. IX.
