- Number of vacancies offered by ENOC this year is double compared to previous year
- ENOC to showcase Augmented and Virtual Reality training programmes for the first time
Dubai, UAE; March 11, 2018: ENOC Group will offer over 100 vacancies across various functions – underlining its commitment of achieving 50 percent Emiratisation by 2021 and empowering young Nationals – during Careers UAE 2018, to be held between March 13 and 15, at the Dubai World Trade Center, Hall 2, Booth No. B2-1.
Enhancing critical skills and competencies, the Graduate Development Programme (GDP) is a six-month rotational programme designed to expose graduates to the entire value chain of ENOC allowing them a deep understanding of the Group’s various business segments. The Technical Training Programme (TTP was launched in 2016, in collaboration with the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT)) for Emiratis to build their technical competencies.
ENOC will also showcase training programmes through Augmented and Virtual Reality for the first time at Careers UAE, to promote efficient learning and development techniques.

Once AR & VR are integrated within the programmes, students will have access to different prototypes and models for training purposes, from any device at any time. Additionally, these programmes will be available to ENOC employees in Saudi, Morocco and Djibouti.
ENOC Group also supports the development of national talent in the energy sector through their ENOC Energy Scholarship programme to provide UAE National students an opportunity to pursue a master’s degree (MSc) in Energy at Heriot Watt University, Dubai. The scholarship will be made available to ENOC employees and external UAE Nationals who are currently in the final year of pursuing their undergraduate degree in engineering.
In 2017, ENOC recruited 152 UAE Nationals, out of which 70 were from Careers UAE 2017 for various positions including administrative, operations, sales, customer services, finance, accounting, EHSQ, legal, audit, and various technical functions
