ENOC group, a leading integrated global energy player, has honored Yusuf Mohammed Abdullah Ismail from Tasjeel, a subsidiary of the ENOC group, in recognition of his exceptional efforts in customer service at the Al Qusais Vehicle Testing and Registration Center. His dedication was praised by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, who commended him in a tweet shared on the "X" platform.
His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, CEO of ENOC Group, congratulated Yusuf Mohammed Abdullah Ismail and promoted him from Customer Service Representative to Customer Service Trainer. This promotion reflects his role as an exemplary figure in excellence, work achievement, and excellent public interaction. He also encouraged him to continue his efforts, emphasizing that this recognition underscores ENOC Group's firm belief that human resources are the most important and impactful element in driving the company's success.
The award was presented to Yusuf Mohammed Abdullah Ismail at ENOC Group's headquarters in Dubai, with the presence of His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, CEO of ENOC Group, Zaid Al Qufaifi, Executive Director, ENOC Retail, Hussam Salem Al Shawy, General Manager of Tasjeel – ENOC, and other members of the group’s executive management team.

It is worth noting that ENOC Group, in collaboration with Dubai Police and the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), established the "Tasjeel" centers in 1999 to provide fast and convenient vehicle testing and registration services in the emirate. In 2006, Tasjeel expanded its services to Sharjah in partnership with the Sharjah Police, becoming the official provider of vehicle testing and registration services in the emirate. Today, Tasjeel centers serve drivers across Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
Over the years, Tasjeel has won numerous awards in recognition of its contributions to quality and road safety.
