ENOC Group, a leading integrated global energy player, concluded 2023 on a promising note with 1,063 creative ideas submitted by employees, of which 178 were implemented. Over the years, the creative ideas contributed to AED 92,270,167 in overall net financial gains. In alignment with the UAE Innovation Month, the Group reinforces its commitment to investing significantly in solutions to further enhance operations and accelerate innovation in the country.

February is always designated as UAE Innovation Month, a national program that honors and promotes innovation. It gives enthusiastic people and organizations a platform to present their projects across the country's sectors. The ideas of ENOC’s employees also contributed AED 1,368,711 of total savings to the Group in 2023.
