ENOC honours 162 employees for performance and long-service, reiterates commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and recogni

As part of its continued efforts to foster a strong culture of inclusion, belonging and recognition, ENOC Group honoured 162 employees for their performance and long service during an awards ceremony today.
The awards, which recognised employees for their continued commitment to the Group, was presented by His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO at ENOC. Zaid Alqufaidi, Managing Director – Retail, Burhan Al Hashimi, Managing Director – CIS, and Hesham Ali Mustafa, Managing Director - SSC, GHR & NBD also presented awards.
His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO, ENOC said “Our employees are the most valuable assets of our company and are integral to the Group’s success. Commitment, loyalty, and diligence are the foundations of great employees, and we believe it’s imperative that organisations recognise and reward employees for their hard work and dedication. Employee recognition and engagement has been a top priority for us, and we will continue to celebrate our employees for their valued contribution towards the business.”
In addition to long-service, employees were also recognised under three categories namely Emiratisation who were recognised for their efforts and commitments in alignment with the National Agenda; Engagement, who were honoured for their efforts of maintaining and improving employee experience and engagement; and E-Learning who were celebrated for their commitment to continuous learning and delivering the highest quality of service to customers and stakeholders.
Ahmed Juma Ghalaita, an employee who completed 35 years in service, was among the employees recognised for their long service during the awards ceremony.
Of the honoured long-serving employees, 10 were awarded for completing three decades with the Group; 18 for 25 years; 39 for 20 years; and 94 for 15 years at ENOC.
