As a leading player across the energy value chain, we place strong emphasis on ensuring equal opportunities for women who work in the energy sector and always look for ways to enable their personal and professional growth.
“Applying global best practices for training and skills development, we are working towards elevating our national human capital, and are focusing on equipping Emirati women with the skillsets they need to take on more opportunities and contribute to realising the UAE’s aspirations to become a global hub for innovation in technology.”
