ENOC Group successfully concludes this year’s Ramadan

Volunteers delivered 8,000 iftar meals and 10,000 grocery boxes to labour camps and residential areas in Dubai over four weeks
Dubai, UAE; 27 April 2022: ENOC Group concludes this year’s Ramadan with more than 8,000 iftar meal boxes from ENOC’s Ramadan-Truck distributed by volunteers from ENOC as part of the Group’s continued partnership with Beit Al Khair Society. Additionally, ENOC employees volunteered to distribute 10,000 grocery boxes from ENOC’s Ramadan Grocery Truck.
Supporting underprivileged individuals and encouraging the spirit of volunteering during the Holy Month, ENOC Group’s Ramadan Trucks returned for four weeks this year, and covered labour camps and families’ residential areas across Dubai.
ENOC Group also supported a number of community-oriented events throughout the Holy Month including Al Ihsan Charity Association’s Ramadan Aman campaign (Aftir) which helped distribute 100,000 iftar meals to underprivileged families in residential areas across the country, and in partnership with Dubai Police provided ENOC Kiswat Al Eid for female inmates.
Together with Beit Al Khair, the Group also helped members of the community to make donations across all its service stations for Iftar Sa’em, Zakat Al Fitr and Kiswat Al Eid. In addition, through ‘Malabes’ ENOC encouraged employees to donate old, used, and new clothes to support the underprivileged , whilst Emirates Gas, a subsidiary of ENOC Group, has donated free LPG gas cylinders to 1,000 families in need. All the Group’s Ramadan initiatives is expected to help more than 400,000 people in need this month.
