The Competency Framework is a management tool designed to encourage employees to develop their knowledge, skills and managerial ability - improving assessment of strengths and areas for development.
Competencies are developed for each position in competency profiles, combining functional and behavioral competencies. Proficiency levels for each competency type are assigned by managers and subject matter experts, and are aligned with the position and grade.
ENOC is keen on the development of its employees, in addition to the Competency Framework model used. We have a fully-fledged Learning & Development centre with in-house trainers, and we also hire external bodies to deliver specialised training.
