ENOC understands the vital importance of ongoing exploration and production (E&P) and is committed to furthering the Group's activities in this field. The Group has acquired an E&P arm - Dragon Oil - with several projects currently active in international fields.
ENOC's E&P activities are headquartered in Dubai, UAE, with a representative office in London, UK. There are also several offices around the region where E&P activities are carried out.
ENOC operates joint ventures through production sharing agreements and contractor sharing agreements across its E&P sites, as well as holding 100 per cent operatorship at the Turkmenistan field.
ENOC's principal producing asset is the Cheleken Contract Area in the eastern region of the Caspian Sea, offshore Turkmenistan. Ongoing exploration assets include Iraq, Algeria, Tunisia, Afghanistan and Egypt, where E&P activities are currently underway.
